- Grade cards are open to view this afternoon at 3 pm on Infinite Campus. PLEASE look at your children's grade cards with them, as it is important for them to know what things they are doing well in and what areas they could improve in. Please contact the office if you have trouble viewing the grade card.
- In your child's Friday Folder I sent a reminder about the grade cards that asks you to sign and return it to me as soon as you have looked at the grade cards with your child. Please return this as soon as possible so that I know your child knows how he/she is doing.
- Attached to that reminder sheet is their progress report for Keyboarding. This is extremely important to look at as well, as this class will prepare them for next year's computer classes at the middle school.
- PLEASE make sure that your child is studying his or her multiplication facts on a regular basis (and recording it on their fact calendars). We are in the middle of learning various ways of solving multiplication problems and many students are struggling because they do not know their facts automatically! They should be able to answer 50 problems correctly in about 3 minutes. Right now, there are only 2 or 3 students who can do that successfully.
- In the next couple of weeks I will start sending information home about state assessments, which will begin on February 29.
