Your child may be bringing home a page to review variables. Many of them did not check their work and, therefore, I am giving them the opportunity to redo their work.
The sheet is titled "Solving Equations" and has a small school bus on top. If your chid missed more than 4 (of the 21 they needed to do), I sent it home as well as a new one. Please make sure that they complete 21 problems (they can put down the right answers from the old sheet) and make sure that they check their work by substituting the number in for the variable.
These are due by Thursday, November 3.

RC tests have not been working recently. The tech guys have been working on getting them fixed. Unfortunately, this means that students are unable to take tests and I am unable to see if they have read enough books for October Book-It coupons. As soon as the RC program is fixed, I will let you and the students know.

If a spelling test comes home, please have your student study the highlight words that he or she missed. These words will recycle and will be on future tests!
